The US has provided aid to Ukraine at Ukraine’s request.
Aid to help their people rendered homeless by Putin bombing their apartments and houses.
It is hard to remain neutral when your neighbor has invaded twice in 8 years.
If Russia wants Ukraine to be neutral, Russia needs to remove all its troops.
I think Ukraine gave up on being neutral when they were invaded by Russia.
